<p><font size="3">刚买到《孟老师的100道面包》这本书。</font><font size="3">打算有时间就慢慢照着书上方子学做些面包。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">没想到面包机又坏了，这几天要送去珠海修，和去年那次一样来回最少得一个多月时间。</font></p>
<p><font size="3">没有它帮忙揉面，怎么可能做面包，我不会也不想手工揉面啊。</font></p>

<p><font size="3">这是和面包机分别前一晚，它揉的最后一个面团。明显是没有揉到位了，薄膜肯定只有稍稍而已，因为它吃力地转了第一次20分钟后，再启动揉面团时，只转了5、6分钟，就再也不肯动。<br /></font></p>
<p><font size="3">顺便说句ACA的返修率会不会太高了，这几天尽是听说它坏掉的消息，包括我自己的，已经是第二次返修了。如果可以的话，真想有其它选择来和面团。最想要的是专业型的桌上型搅拌机，带一个大大搅拌缸&hellip;&hellip;可以轻松和出有大片薄膜的面团来，呵呵，幻想中&hellip;&hellip;那种机子太奢侈了，就目前这种三角猫功夫，我不敢提这么过份的要求啦。虽然，其实，已经很过份了，自打开始烘焙以后，我早就慢慢变成名符其实的败家女人</font><img alt="害羞" src="http://img3.pp.sohu.com/ppp/blog/images/emotion/4.gif" border="0" /> <br /></p><br />
<p><font size="3">孟老师的《乳酪花环面包》，面团配方见书上P56。</font><font size="3">这种整形法我是头一回见到和尝试，挺容易而且好看，不难。</font><font size="3">可能是我有些小心翼翼，在扭转花边时有点不够力，和书上造型的相似度差了点，不过还是挺好看呢。</font></p>

<div><font size="3">昨晚更新完日志后，突然想到另一个方法。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">即用一张圆形锡纸戳若干个洞后，代替毛巾（如图），以解决豆芽根须有些穿破毛巾，并且要费劲费时间地清除残留在毛巾上须须的问题。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">今天早晨刚刚开始试验，效果未知，至于铺锡纸对绿豆芽有没有不好的影响，暂时不太清楚。我想先试试，过两天有结果再上来记录。</font><font size="3">其它具体步骤见下图以后的日志。</font></div>

<div><strong><font size="3">分格1：洋葱尖椒炒肉</font></strong></div>
<div><font size="3">最近老爱买尖椒了，家里天天都备着。嘻嘻，好象没有什么是我不爱吃的<img alt="害羞" src="http://img3.pp.sohu.com/ppp/blog/images/emotion/4.gif" border="0" />。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">尖椒我一般不刀切，直接用手掰成小块，这样口感较好。</font></div>
<div><font size="3"><font size="3">55555&hellip;&hellip;可是为此就变成&quot;辣手蛋塔&quot;了。</font>做完饭、洗锅洗盆时还没什么感觉，等到了下午和晚上，整只手就辣得不行，好象轻微烫伤似的，难受啊。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">虽然吃辣椒好处很多，不过多食难免也会伤胃吧，再加上不想双手整天辣乎乎，还是要适可而止啊<img alt="委屈" src="http://img3.pp.sohu.com/ppp/blog/images/emotion/9.gif" border="0" />&nbsp;</font></div>
<div><font size="3">这个菜里的五花肉要用慢火煸炒，尽量把油脂逼出来后，吃着就会很香而不腻。</font></div>

<div><font size="3">西兰花用水焯一下进冷水沥干，再热锅用很少的油，蒜蓉，翻炒几下，有时用蚝油调味。其实这个菜想用凉拌的做法，简单省事。</font><font size="3">可是扁坚决不吃凉拌菜呢。只好骗骗他。其实不算炒了，只是象征性地入锅拌拌而已。</font><font size="3">我不太喜欢用爆炒，怕营养流失更快得快。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">既然是蔬菜，还是要吃得清淡些，毕竟还有另一份热菜（肉）呢。</font></div>

<div><font size="3">最近傍晚买菜时，几乎天天都会捎一颗西兰花回家，菜梗扔掉很可惜，每次都留着。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">杂蔬小炒。材料切小丁，</font><font size="3">按爱熟和不爱熟的依次入沸水焯熟，再入锅用少量油炒炒，按喜欢调味就好了。</font></div>

<div><font size="3">自从前两周在超市发现有紫薯卖以后，我们家不停地吃啊吃，嘻嘻。</font></div>

<div><font size="3">口感真糯呀，太美味了，它和干米饭同煮不算最好吃的做法。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">我最喜欢的两种做法。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">一种是蒸熟碾成泥，加点糖，和鲜奶油拌匀进烤箱烤&ldquo;鲜奶油紫薯球&rdquo;。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">另一种就是煮紫薯稀饭，超好吃哦。</font><font size="3">昨晚上吃紫薯稀饭时，从粥里捞出块紫薯，咬下去的时候发现，那组织简直象外面卖的很绵细的红豆沙。唉，强烈建议大家买回来做紫薯粥吧，真是太好吃了。另外，煮紫薯粥时，紫薯千万要切大块点，不然会全溶进粥里捞也捞不着了，嘻嘻。</font><font size="3">如果用蒸熟或烤的，口感会偏干。</font></div>

<div><font style="FONT-SIZE: 16px">上个月刚买来后，已经用它做过好几回冰棒和雪糕了，</font><font style="FONT-SIZE: 16px">不巧的是每次都没时间拍成品。</font></div>
<div><font style="FONT-SIZE: 16px">比如下面这张，刚咬两口，就接到电话急忙出门了。</font></div>
<div><font size="3">这是用直接冷冻法做的&ldquo;蓝莓冰淇淋&rdquo;，方子见这里：</font><a href="http://hilyy.blog.sohu.com/51627393.html" target="_blank"><font color="#cc0000" size="3">桑棋冰淇淋</font></a><font size="3">，只有果酱改为蓝莓，其它一样。拌好的冰淇淋糊直接装入冰棍模子，冻几个小时就能吃了，比挖着吃好玩呢。</font></div>
